Is online shopping safe?
Shopping online at ExpressMed.com is not only easy but is completely safe and secure. We utilize Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your information entered when you place an order so that it is never at risk. We also do not store any credit card information on our site so all transactions are secure.
How do I buy products?
When you find the product you would like to purchase simply click on the "Add to Cart" button. The "Add to Cart" button can be found on most product search pages and on all quick look and product detail pages. After adding the product to your shopping cart, you can continue to shop for more products or proceed to checkout. When you have selected all items you want to purchase, click on the image of the shopping cart in the top right corner of the screen and click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button to complete your purchase. If you have a discount code you can enter the code in the "Enter discount code" box located in the shopping cart under Review & Payments and hit the "Apply Discount" button to ensure that the discount is applied to your order. If you already have already registered for an account with ExpressMed.com you will have the option to Login for an Express Checkout otherwise you can check out as a guest. It is encouraged to register on the Site so that you can take advantage of Express Checkout for all future purchases, along with easy order tracking, and auto-reorder functionalities.
How do I add a discount coupon?
If you have a discount code, you can enter it in the "Enter Discount Code" box located in the shopping cart under Review & Payments and hit the "Apply Discount" button to ensure that the discount is applied to your order..
Will I be charged sales tax?
Expressmed.com is required to charge sales tax on nonprescription orders shipped to addresses in the State of California, where our corporate headquarters is located. If you live outside of California you will not be charged sales tax on your order.
What is the standard shipping time?
Our standard shipping time is 3-5 business days. If you need your order faster, 2-3 expedited shipping is available.
Will this ship today?
We understand you need to receive your medical supplies as soon as possible. For your convenience most orders are processed as soon as possible and shipped out same day. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days when placed after 2pm PST. Orders are not shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or National Holidays.
What time do I have to place my order for it to be shipped today?
We process orders in the order they are received. If your order is placed before 2pm PST during normal business days (Monday-Friday), it will typically ship same day. All orders after 2pm PST are shipped the following business day. We have numerous warehouses across the country and some orders may ship the same day if received after 2 pm PST, but is not guaranteed.
Which shipping couriers do you use?
We use the method that will get the order to you as quickly as possible! Most of our shipments are sent via UPS or FedEX. We also use UPS Mail Innovations and OnTrac for orders on a case by case basis.

Can I request that you add a new product to your site?
Absolutely, we encourage it! We appreciate you helping to make our online store even better by letting us know what products you want to buy. To request a new product simply email your request to Info@ExpressMed.com, and we will work as quickly as possible to have the requested product added to the site. Make sure to check back in a few weeks to see if your product has been added.
How do I pay with my credit card?
When paying by credit or debit card, you will be asked to enter your card information during the Check Out process. You must enter the billing name and address and your CVV (security code) in order for your order to be processed. Billing name and address much match exactly with the information on file with your banking institution. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, you may have to approve that shipping address with your credit card company prior to placing your order. We do not accept orders placed with international credit cards. Orders with a billing address outside of the USA will be cancelled.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You may also pay using your PayPal account by clicking on the “PayPal” button.
Why haven’t I received an email confirmation for my order?
When you place an order with ExpressMed.com, you will receive an email order confirmation within a few minutes. Please ensure that you entered the correct email address and check your spam folder as it is likely the email was placed there by your email provider. Also ensure that you add the domain “expressmed.com” to your safe senders list with your email provider.
What is ExpressMed's Return Policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with every product you purchase from ExpressMed. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund of the original purchase price, minus the shipping, handling and return shipping back to your original form of payment. However, there are some items that cannot be returned due to the nature of the item. See the Returns section for the full returns policy.
When will my supplies expire?
All test strips and nutritional drinks come directly from the manufacturer, all items should be dated out at least 1 year in advance, unless it is stated otherwise.
My card was declined when I was placing my order and now there are multiple charges on my card!
A card is charged only once the order ships. When you attempt to place an order with us, a hold is placed on your account for every attempted order until the order ships. If your credit card is declined, no order is created and the hold will disappear within 48 hours.
How do I return a product?
You can start a return by clicking here or calling 1-877-822-2719 to begin a return request within 30 days of purchase. Please have your Purchase Order number ready for reference.
Are your products made in the US?
We hold products in our US based warehouses which are manufactured in the United States and globally.
I never got tracking information!
Sometimes our emails end up in your spam folder. If you don't see anything in there feel free to call us at 877-822-2719 and we'll be glad to provide your tracking information!
Why isn’t anyone picking up the phone?
Our business hours are between 6am-5pm PST Monday-Friday. You can reach Expressmed.com by calling 1-877-822-2719, emailing CustomerService@ExpressMed.com, or live chatting us on ExpressMed.com. Someone will assist you as soon as possible!
What is the status of my refund?
Refunds are issued when your product has been received and accessed by our returns team, which can take up to 10 days. Typically, the funds will appear on your original payment method within 48 hours depending on your banking institution. You can call our customer service team at 1-877-822-2719 to check on the status of your refund. Remember to take note of your Purchase Order and tracking number to expedite the process.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
ExpressMed has warehouses all over the country and we try to get our products to you as soon as possible. For this reason, your order may ship in multiple shipments and you may receive some products sooner than others. Keep an eye out for your order tracking information in your email or call us at 1-877-822-2719 to track your order.
Why does my item look different than the image on the listing?
The images on listings are for reference purposes only. Manufacturers provide us with images of products where colors, shapes, and additional products may be represented on an image but it does not necessarily indicate the contents of the listing. Always double check the product description to assure you are getting what you need.
