We're committed to providing you with the best service possible as the nation faces growing concerns about the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak. Our offices and warehouses continue to operate during normal business hours. We are closely monitoring news from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and applying sanitation best practices to keep our employees and customers safe. 

An increased demand for personal care and cleaning products has caused backorders from our suppliers on a number of items. In fact, many of these items have been placed on allocation and are being directed solely to hospitals and other critical care facilities. Please know we are working hard to keep accurate stocking levels on our website. Unfortunately, when items are rejected by one of our suppliers, we have no other alternative but to cancel the pending order. We apologize, as we know many of you have been impacted by this situation. Additionally, we are experiencing high volumes of phone calls and doing our best to respond back to you in a timely manner.

As the outbreak unfolds and CDC guidelines are adjusted, we want to assure you that we are doing everything we can in working with manufacturers and vendors to provide you with the products you need. As such, we encourage you to check back frequently for updates on product availability. We also commit to provide you with additional updates should our operational status change.
