What is the standard shipping time?

Our standard shipping time is 3-5 business days, although most orders are delivered within 2 business days for 90% of the United States.

What is the shipping cut off time to have my order shipped today?

We process orders in the order they are received. If your order is placed by 1:30pm PST during normal business days (Monday-Friday) it will typically ship that same day. All orders after 1:30pm PST are shipped the following business day. We have numerous warehouses across the country and some orders may ship the same day if received after 2:30pm PST but is not guaranteed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You may also pay using your PayPal account by clicking on the “PayPal” button.

What shipping couriers do you use?

Most of our shipments are sent via UPS or aFedEX. We also use UPS Mail Innovations and OnTrac for orders on a case by case basis. We use the method that will get the order to you as quickly as possible.

Why haven’t I received an email confirmation for my order?

When you place an order with Expressmed.com, you will receive an email order confirmation within a few minutes. Please ensure that you entered the correct email address and check your spam folder as it is likely the email was placed in there by your email provider. Also ensure that you add the domain “expressmed.com” to your safe senders list with your email provider.

What is ExpressMed's return policy?

ExpressMed has a standard 30 day return policy, starting on the day the order is placed.

When will my items expire?

All test strips and nutiritional drinks come directly from the manufacturer, all items should be dated out at least 1 year in advance, unless it is stated otherwise.


My card was declined when I was placing my order and now there are multiple charges on my card?

A card is charged only once the order ships. When cards are declined orders are not processed so they cannot ship. It appears as charge but it's really a hold on your funds that will be released in a couple of hours.

How do I return a product?

Are your products made in the US?

We hold products in our warehouses that are produced globally.

I never got tracking information?

Sometimes our emails might be in your spam folder. If you don't see anything in there feel free to call us at 877-822-2719 and we'll be glad to track that for you!

Will this ship out today?

ExpressMed has warehouses throughout the country. Cut off times vary and may delay the shipment of your product. So any order placed before 2PM PST may ship out the very same day! Any orders placed after 2PM PST will be shipped out the very next business day. Orders are not shipped on Saturday and Sunday.

How come no one is picking up the phone?

You can call:1-877-822-2719, to know the status of your refund. Just remember that providing a tracking number will help expedite the process.

How come I received only part of my order?

ExpressMed has warehouses all over the country and we try to get our products to you as soon as possible, for this reason you may receive some products sooner than others. Keep an eye out for your tracking in your email or call us at 1-877-822-2719 to track your order.

What types of payments do you accept?
