Return Policy

What is ExpressMed’s return policy?


ExpressMed.com does not offer exchanges for orders at this time. Non-defective products may be returned for a refund if the item remains in salable condition and suitable for restocking. Product must be returned within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.


All returns must be authorized by ExpressMed prior to being returned. Unauthorized returns will be charged a 30% restocking fee.


If your return is the result of a shipping error on our end, ExpressMed will be more than happy to either replace the incorrect item or refund the purchase.

• All returns must have a return authorization number.
• Returnable products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Product(s) must be in brand new, fit to be offered-for-sale condition. Safety seals cannot be opened or broken.
• Products must be in original packaging and includ all parts, accessories, and manuals.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• Returns for orders that are no longer wanted and/or needed may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• If your return is the result of a defective product or shipping error, ExpressMed will arrange for the pick-up of the defective/incorrect item and either refund the entire purchase amount or send a replacement order with the correct item purchased.

We reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, or typographical errors in advertisements. Images on the site may not always reflect the actual product, please refer to the product details when making a purchase.


What if I received a Damaged or Defective item?


If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturer defect or other error to which we are at fault, we will do everything in our power to repair or replace it at no cost to you.

If there was an error, all direct replacements are limited to product availability. If an exact replacement for a returned item is not available, a credit will be issued or the product will be substituted with one of same-or-better specifications upon buyer’s request.



Return Procedures:

Customers must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to qualify for a return. Items returned without an RA# will not be accepted or refunded.


For a return to be accepted, customer must request an RA number within 30 days of delivery.


Items must be returned within 14 days of your receiving your RA number.

We recommend that you make sure the item is packed properly and that the shipment is insured for its retail value. You should also obtain a valid tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit from the customer’s address to any of the return facilities.

All returns are subject to inspection. They must be in new, unused, resalable condition and contain all packaging materials, manuals, and blank warranty cards. Any item not in its original condition will be deemed unsuitable for resale and will not be accepted for a refund.


ExpressMed.com does offer a Call Tag option for returns (UPS or FedEx comes to your address to pick up the item) this is a $30 flat fee that is taken out of your order refund. If you would like a FedEx call tag please let us know!


How do I receive a return authorization number?

ExpressMed will provide you with a RA# via email or phone call. If you do not have an email address, we will make other accommodations. Once you obtain your RA#, please write this number on the outside of your package. The RA# must be placed on the return shipping package before your package is either picked up by the shipper or postal service, or dropped off at any shipping location.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Provided you have followed the instructions from the Returns Department, and the policy above, you should expect to receive your refund within 7 to14 business days from the time our warehouse receives your return.

ExpressMed Shipping & Delivery Policies

Standard UPS/FedEx/USPS shipping rates are only available to the 48 contiguous states (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. Territories, APO/FPO).

Though every attempt is made to ship orders as quickly as possible, they generally take 24 business hours to process before shipping. All Standard Ground shipments placed by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will typically ship the same day. If an order is placed after 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on Friday then the order will not ship out until the following business day. The same applies to orders placed on a Holiday.



• Standard: 3-5 business days.
• Expedited: 2-3 business days.

Please Note: We cannot change your shipping address after you submit your order. If your shipment is not successfully delivered it will be returned to the warehouse and a credit will be made to your account.


Cancellation Policy


Can I cancel my order?


To ensure orders are received in a timely manner, shipments are processed as soon as the order has been placed. We are unable to cancel any orders after they have been processed by our warehouse. However, we will make every effort that we can to see if we can get your order cancelled.

In the event that we are unable to prevent your order from shipping please request a return. Any item returned without a request will not be refunded
