What is an Autoship & Save Subscription?
An Autoship & Save Subscription is an automated, repeated order for a qualifying product. Subscriptions can include multiple quantities of a single product SKU but cannot include multiple product SKUs.
How do I place an order using Autoship & Save?
Add an eligible product to your cart, select the item quantity and delivery frequency of your choice, then confirm the order details at checkout and complete your order. You will need to create an account on the website if you don’t already have one to manage your Autoship Subscriptions.
Can I get free shipping on my Autoship orders?
Yes, each product counts as an individual Autoship Subscription, and subscriptions with a subtotal greater than $49 are eligible for free shipping. Think about how often you need your items and in what quantity you need them. Then, select an item quantity and delivery frequency that will meet the $49 threshold for free shipping on an order.
Can I have multiple items on a similar reorder frequency?
You can, but remember that each product will be on it’s own Autoship Subscription, so each will be invoiced individually rather than together.
When will my card be charged?
Your card is only charged when your order is packaged and shipped. After your first order, you will receive email notifications before your next order ships and your next payment is processed.
When will I receive my Autoship order?
All Autoship orders ship with our standard 3-5 business day shipping, regardless if you selected a different method on your first subscription order. Depending on which warehouse stocks your items, some orders may package and ship the same day and most ship the next business day.
How can I make changes to my Autoship or cancel a subscription?
Log in to your customer account and navigate to the Autoship & Save tab to cancel a reorder. Additionally, you can make other necessary changes within your account. For all other questions and inquiries, you may contact us and we’ll be happy to connect with you.
Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in Autoship & Save, you accept and acknowledge that we will ship your subsequent orders, and charge your submitted payment method, on the frequency you have chosen, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by logging in to your ExpressMed.com account or calling our Customer Service line. All orders are subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Manufacturers may make changes or discontinue products without providing notice. We may, in our sole discretion, change or cancel your enrollment with our Autoship & Save Program at any time without notice. In the event that this occurs, we will only charge you for orders that have already been shipped out to you. Prices and savings are subject to change. Any sales taxes that apply to your reorder will be based on the final price. Shipping may be charged if your order falls below $49 before tax.
